The Executive Micro Summit on Navigating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Global Compliance in Sustainable Manufacturing will explore the latest trends, challenges, and best practices in the field. This exclusive gathering of executive-level leaders provides a platform for thought leadership, insight-sharing, and collaboration. Highlighting the event, Manufacturer's Alliance will host a panel featuring industry experts to discuss pivotal issues in CSR and compliance, ensuring attendees gain actionable strategies to advance sustainable practices across industries. This event is only open to those in an executive level at their company (President, Owner, Vice President, CEO, CTO, etc).

Agenda:
7:45 – 8:15 a.m.:  Breakfast & Networking

8:15 – 9 a.m.:  Keynote  - Global Compliance  - presented by Paula Ivey
This session will cover updates and trends in corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), including the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, reporting frameworks, and best practices for compliance. Learn about the new tools and technologies to support reporting compliance and which ESG issues are most important in the coming year. This session will help you and your teams stay ahead of the curve with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of ESG reporting and driving sustainable business practices.

9:15 – 10 a.m.: Supply Chain Scope 3 Upstream Strategies – hosted by Manufacturers Alliance
According to a recent report by CDP and Boston Consulting Group, supply chain Scope 3 upstream emissions are 26 times that of Scope 1 and 2 combined. Yet corporates are still twice as likely to measure operational emissions (Scopes 1 & 2) than their supply chain emissions (scope 3). In manufacturing these Scope 3 upstream emissions can result from a wide variety of activities making it hard to know where to begin. From recognition programs and financial incentives to R&D partnerships and sourcing arrangements, this session will explore the various strategies forward-thinking manufacturers are employing to make meaningful progress in this space.

10 – 10:20 a.m.:  Networking Break

10:30 – 11:15 a.m.:  Navigating Sustainability in a Downturn – hosted by Omdia
How can companies balance investment in sustainability with the need to remain competitive in challenging economic conditions? This presentation will look at the current status of sustainability efforts within industry, and how manufacturing companies can balance the cost of doing business with the impact on the environment, both in the short and longer term.

11:15 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Compliance by Design: Leveraging AI for Real-Time Regulatory Alignment
AI offers powerful tools to help manufacturers meet evolving regulatory requirements with speed and accuracy. This session explores how AI can support compliance through real-time data monitoring, predictive analytics for environmental risks, and automated reporting systems. Attendees will gain insights into AI solutions that reduce compliance costs and enhance proactive decision-making, keeping their operations aligned with the latest standards in sustainable manufacturing.
